giuseppe agrippa was charged on tuesday. in addition to two counts of sexual assault, he was charged with two counts of disobeying a court order, as well as assault choking.
police have released his image as they believe there may be more victims and potential witnesses.
police alleged that the suspect used dating apps as a method of meeting unsuspecting victims.
at the time of his arrest, agrippa was out on separate release orders for unrelated charges.

toronto police is seeking the public’s assistance locating an elopee.
cop said khaled karamali, 46, was found not criminally responsible for two counts of assault and is currently bound by a form 49 warrant of committal.
karamali was last seen on monday at 3:47 p.m., in the ossington ave.-queen st. w. area wearing a black winter jacket, black t-shirt, blue and black plaid pyjama pants, and dirty white shoes.

he’s described as 5-foot-7 with a slim build, short black hair, and is unshaven.

no charges after girl struck by vehicle in hamilton

police won’t be laying charges after an 11-year-old girl was struck while walking on a sidewalk in hamilton in the fall.
in a news release issued on tuesday, hamilton police said on sept. 10, 2024, at 8:41 a.m, officers were called to a collision involving an 11-year-old female pedestrian at emerald st. n and keith st.
cops say the young girl was walking on the sidewalk of emerald st. n when she was hit by a blue ford mustang traveling westbound on keith st. after the vehicle proceeded through the intersection and struck her, pinning her between the vehicle and a building.
police said the girl was transported to hospital with life-altering injuries as was the driver of the ford mustang with non-life-threatening injuries.

it’s since been determined that the driver of the ford mustang experienced a medical episode and was unable to avoid the pedestrian and, as a result, no charges will be pursued.
