don’t reject the usa
is it not strange with all the current push for patriotism by our political leaders that they keep talking with journalists, talk shows and pundits in the u.s.a. so that canadians will hear them? what does this say about our so-called sovereignty when you have to leave the county to be taken seriously or even to be heard. we are canada in name only — for almost everything else we depend on the u.s. when canadians reject the u.s.a, we are cutting off our nose to spite our faces.

(this has always been the case, you have to go to the u.s. to get noticed)
no more booing
instead of booing the u.s. national anthem, fans should just sit in their seats for the duration, then stand for our national anthem and sing it rather loud and very proud. o canada, our home and hockey team …

bad blood
i used to be a trump fan. no more. we deserve to be treated better than mexico and china. we stood with the u.s.a. during world wars, the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and we often have sent firefighters to combat wildfires. we have been a loyal friend and a trusted ally. trump needs to withdraw all of his unfair tariffs against canada before he completely destroys our once proud relationship.
