“there are no obvious indications of technical or mechanical issues with the chairlift.”
the teen has been identified and his family notified, said police.
in a statement, the resort confirmed the person who died was a guest at the resort.

the resort refused to provide further details.
police said the b.c. coroners service is investigating.
