a 35-year-old hamilton man is accused of committing an indecent act in front of a group of women last month on a go train.
halton regional police said they began investigating the incident feb. 7, when the women were riding the lakeshore west line from union station to burlington. police said a male suspect sat down near the women, exposed his genitals and “looked directly at one of the female victims while committing an indecent act.”
the women moved to another train car and reported the incident to a customer service representative after arriving at appleby station in burlington.
police were contacted and they said a suspect was identified and arrested feb. 25 after he exited a train at union station.
