real canadian breast cancer alliance is pleased to announce the appointment of dr. mita manna as the new chair of the organization. dr. manna, a highly respected hematologist and medical oncologist at the saskatchewan cancer centre and soon-to-be associate professor at the university of saskatchewan’s department of oncology (effective april 2025), brings a wealth of experience in breast cancer research, patient advocacy, and clinical leadership to this pivotal role.
founded in 2023, real (research excellence and active leadership) canadian breast cancer alliance unites leading clinicians across canada in a shared mission to advance breast cancer care through evidence-based research and to promote equity in access to cutting-edge treatments.
